Application Process for Students

  • Step 1: Nomination from your home university that must be a partner University with Óbuda University. Here you can check the list.
    Make sure that your University has informed us of your nomination at Óbuda University.
    Without the nomination you will be not accepted as an incoming student at Óbuda University.
  • Step 2: Fill in the Application for Erasmus+ Students.
  • Step 3: Send the following documents, together in separate files by e-mail to incoming@uni-obuda.hu:
  1. Learning Agreement (click here to download
  2. Health Insurance (latest upon the arrival)
  3. A copy of your identity card or international passport
  4. CV with your passport-sized photo
  5. Language certificate (language school or university certificate) of min. B1
  • Step 4: Getting ready to arrive in Budapest: Before coming, you will get emails from International Education Office about welcome registration week. 
The application/nomination has to be completed until the given date.
