Application Process for Students

  • Step 1: Nomination from your home university that must be a partner University with Óbuda University. Here you can check the list.
    Make sure that your University has informed us of your nomination at Óbuda University.
    Without the nomination you will be not accepted as an incoming student at Óbuda University.
  • Step 2: Fill in the Application form for Erasmus+ Students.
  • Step 3: Send the following documents, together in separate files by e-mail to
  1. Learning Agreement (click here to download
  2. Transcript of records of the home university (in English)
  3. Motivation letter (only in case of project or diploma work)
  4. Health Insurance (latest upon the arrival)
  5. Obligatory confirmation of the home institution (click here to download)
  6. A copy of your identity card or international passport
  7. CV with your passport-sized photo
  8. Copy of your English language exam or language certificate of the sending university (required min. B1 level) 
  • Step 4: Getting ready to arrive in Budapest: Before coming, you will get emails from Mobility Department about welcome day and orientation week. 
The application/nomination has to be completed until the given date.
